Brow Canvas was founded on the desire to make everyone feel their best. After taking multiple pieces of training to continue my education, the desire grew for teaching as well, and to better the industry of teaching in the Permanent Make-up world entirely. I highly value quality, creativity, and genuine care for the craft. After many years of perfecting my techniques and ways of art, I am so eager to share them with you.

Brow Canvas Academy is determined to teach highly in-depth courses and develop careers for people who are ready to take this incredibly rewarding industry by the reigns. Our dream is to facilitate our students in any way possible while they are learning. By utilizing our studio-based classroom you'll get to experience the environment you are pursuing directly.

About Amber :

“My Journey - Following my first training in 2016, I opened a Microblading studio in New Orleans, Louisiana called Rusé Beauty Bar. Within a month, I was also taking clients in Covington, Louisiana! I worked between locations for 2 straight years and realized I needed to tone down my back and forth and convert to one primary location. In late 2018 I rebranded into Brow Canvas and consolidated my two studios into a storefront in Mandeville, Louisiana. From there, we expanded into a bigger facility in June of 2021 to accommodate our growing team and desire to have an in-house training facility.

After finding our long-term home here in Mandeville, just 23 minutes from Lakeside Mall in Metairie, we are so excited to utilize the space it gives us to offer training and add artists to our team! I am so passionate about this industry and knew from day one of my endeavor that I was meant to be a trainer of Microblading.

Aside from getting new artists started with the necessary knowledge regarding Microblading, I have built my business from the ground up. I am fully prepared and equipped with the knowledge needed to help a future Microblading artist get their desired business started as well!!”

Permits and Credentials:

Brow Canvas Microblading Specialty Studio is registered with The Department of Health and Hospitals of Louisiana. All Artists and apprentices are certified in Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR, and First Aid, as well as the Department of Health requirements.

Make-up tattooing facilities in Louisiana are classified as tattoo facilities in general and are governed by the LDH CBA guidelines.

Brow Canvas Academy is registered with The Board of Regents of Louisiana.
