Deposit
All deposits are non-refundable – no exceptions.
Rescheduling
You are allowed to reschedule ONCE on one deposit. If you reschedule more than once there will be a $50 fee the day of your new appointment or your appointment will be canceled (whichever the client chooses).
All reschedules need to happen with a 7–day notice or a new deposit will be required to change your appointment. We have pre-care guidelines and in order to fill your time slot we have to give time for the next client to follow the pre-care guidelines as well.
Please notify us of any emergencies so we can take care of your appointment accordingly.

Switching Artists
If you are currently on the schedule and would like to book with a different artist, you should – Book your new appointment with the new artist as well as pay a new deposit. Once we see the new appointment booked, we will cancel the old appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
If you are currently a client of Brow Canvas and would like to book with an artist that did not do your initial appointment – there will be a one-time flat fee of $25 the day of your appointment for switching artists.
Cancellations
If you CANCEL your appointment your deposit will NOT be refunded as all deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations need to be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any cancellations made after the 24–hour window will be charged 25% of the remaining balance to the card on file.
No Call No Shows
If you do not show up and do not contact us, you will be charged 25% of the remaining balance to the card on file. In order to rebook with us you will need to contact us via phone or email – 504.323.4536 / info@browcanvas.com. Your deposit will be doubled to insure you are serious about this appointment.
Grace Period
We allow our clients a 15-minute grace period to arrive at your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your artist may not be able to service you and you will need to schedule again, with a new deposit.
Wait List
In order to be put on our Wait List you will need to schedule an appointment on our website and contact us via text or email – 504.323.4536 / info@browcanvas.com. Please include your name, that you would like to be put on the waitlist, the date of your current appointment, and the time frame you would prefer your appointment to be in.
However, all our clients can reschedule their appointments on their own via the confirmation email. Because of this, appointment times become available and get taken before we get a chance to see it. Our recommendation is to go on our website as often as once a day and click refresh, this way you can see our soonest availability and reschedule instantly for a day that works better for you. Please refer to our Rescheduling Policies before booking.
Refunds
As stated previously, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If your appointment is paid for and you would like to cancel - you will be refunded the amount minus the deposit and processing fee.
Any forms of payment towards an appointment at Brow Canvas are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
